Cusco contemporary art museum

The Museum of contemporary art is located in the municipality of Cusco, exhibiting different samples of paintings, ceramics, sculptures and other works of art by renowned national and international artists of contemporary art of the 20th and 21st centuries.

On the first floor of the municipality, surrounding the courtyard are arranged several showcases contemporary crafts. The creations of Hilario Mendívil, Edilberto Mérida and Antonio Olave can appreciate.

The two rooms on the first floor of the museum function as art galleries, and a selection of contemporary painting is displayed permanently on the second floor. You can see the paintings of Emilio Mendizábal Losack, Francisco Olazo, Fabián Palomino Mujíca, Antonio Huillca Huallpa among others outstanding Cuzco and foreign artists.
